These Terms govern your use of AdPilot AI. By using the platform, you agree to these Terms.

Use of the platform

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account, workspace access, connected integrations, and actions taken through your account.

AI outputs

AI-generated recommendations, summaries, and copy are provided to assist decision-making. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on them or applying them to live campaigns.

Connected ad accounts

If you connect third-party advertising platforms such as Meta Ads, you confirm that you have permission to access and process that data.

Subscriptions and billing

Paid subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. AI credits and top-ups are subject to the usage rules shown in the billing area.

Acceptable use

You must not misuse the platform, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with service operation, or use the platform unlawfully.

Availability

We aim to provide a reliable service, but we do not guarantee that the platform will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or available.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AdPilot AI is not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, campaign performance outcomes, or decisions made based on AI outputs.
